We require all new patients to book an initial consultation appointment in order to formulate a personalized skin care plan. Established patients may book procedures by contacting the office directly.
Yes, depending on the recommended treatment plan determined by the provider and availability.
We do require a $50 deposit to book an appointment which is refundable as long as you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Yes! You can either book online or simply come by.
We are unable to bill health insurance; however, we recommend bringing your insurance information with you to your appointment because it is helpful if any medications are prescribed during your visit.
There is plenty of free 2 hour parking on Harvard Street as well as metered parking on Wilshire Boulevard. There is a parking structure off of Harvard Street as well (2730 Wilshire Blvd Garage).
If you feel ill or are experiencing symptoms, please postpone your visit or schedule a televisit instead. Please be advised that masks are required upon entering the office and temperature checks will also be performed at this time. We have a strict protocol for sanitizing the office routinely and the Pimple Place team members wear a mask at all times. To avoid crowding in the waiting room, we ask that patients attend their visit unaccompanied unless they are a minor.
